The wording of lldpd is identical with the ISC license, <http://opensource.org/licenses/isc-license.txt>. I suggest that licenses/lldpd should be removed and ebuilds should be changed to ISC.

I've updated the wording of ISC from the OSI page, so that it has the more general "author" now.
