Ebuild patch

Hi there, I'm attaching a simple patch for the knock ebuild (which just make it use CFLAGS rather than CXXFLAGS – upstream build system is broken – and updates to EAPI=4), and a new init script/config file that uses the new openrc declarative style, as well as fixing dependencies and using the correct pidfile.
