I have a minimal system: only adsl and routing software installed,
no X etc.
merging ldcc with dependencxy:
dctc

configuration script with dctc failes: checking vor libxml2 causes to exit with error:
libxml2 missing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install minimal system
2.try to emerge dctc without graphical frontends

Actual Results:  
merging libxml2 explicitly

Expected Results:  
adding libxml2 as dependency to dctc
