To install grub, this ebuild uses this as the last command:

/usr/sbin/grub --batch --device-map=/boot/grub/device.map < /boot/grub/grub.conf

One problem is that grub is installed into /sbin, so this does nothing. But I don't think this command will work anyway. Why is grub.conf input? I don't think this is right. Please check this.
