I would say stabilize this version since it solves the problems of excessive power consumption and many fix about the USB3 Reproducible: Always
Probably not going to happen.
I think this might be tad early. I usually only ask for fast tracking when there is a root exploit or some other security issue. And even then I have to deal with a bunch of complaints.
I thought it was something important to stabilize a version with so many improvements and fixes.
There still is a lot of discussion on lkml concerning the fix. Linus is not convinced the power consumption patch is the correct solution to the problem. https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/2/7/273
