5.39 was out at July and primary site is up again, closing this as OBSOLETE
( Note: "This project reached its End Of Maintenance in 2007" It looks like this was intended as an end to development and entering maintenance mode, since clearly there has been a version release since that time. Just thought it would be interesting to mention that somewhere for posterity. :) )
