Email sent out per trustee's meeting: The Trustees discussed this issue and feel that the current Facebook site is compliant with the existing Gentoo name/logo policy. No further permission is required from us as long as the site remains compliant. It should be noted that a separate organization, Gentoo, e.V., has a trademark to the Gentoo name in Europe. It might not hurt to consult with them regarding compliance - the Foundation cannot legally state whether you are in compliance with any of their policies. Good luck with the site!
