sorry if this isn't a real bug. I have 99page document edited in earlier version of lyx (now i have 2.0.2) unfortunately i had greek letters in latex command area. Only with greek letters σ and ς lyx had a warning that there was no enconding or something and a suggestion to try utf8. A work around was to replace all "σ" with "sv" and all "ς" with "c" unfortunately i told to open all child documents and during find and replace procedure system of 4Gb ram almost freezed. took too long to do the replacements and lyx took almost 3Gb for himself. Layout was book(KOMA-Script) and language ISO 8859-7 the warning say about 0x3c3 char but σ isn't the sigma char i used or wanted for ς noted didn't found command for 0x3c2 SORRY IF HERE WAS NOT THE PROPER SITE TO REPORT THIS. THANKS Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.put letter σ ορ ς in latex command box and try to export pdflatex 2. 3. Actual Results: 1)warning that there is no command for character (all greek letters work except these two, σ and ς) 2) At long ducuments search and replace take almost all sources of the system and lyx take too much ram (mouse and keyboard were hardly respond) Expected Results: 1)to export by pdflatex 2)search and replace not to take all resources of system and lyx not to take 2.9Gb of ram maybe you can directly ask on lyx development list to get more attention
