Bug 402055 – app-misc/mc has default mc.ext file, where pdf opened with xpdf, which is deprecated now

As of last news, xpdf is not maintained anymore, so it will be masked or deleted from portage, so i think, default mc.ext has to be changed to some other "standard".

Yeah, now it has:

> Open=(xpdf %f &)
> #Open=(acroread %f &)
> #Open=(ghostview %f &)

None of them looks nice.

Upstream's longterm solution is to switch to standard facilities:

We'll try to add some sensible defaults soonish.
