New grub version. 
The version of grub currently in portage has a bug, that it cannot boot from
"newer" reiserfs partitions. This new version fixes this bug. However, this
ebuild needs lot of testing on other filesystems, too (I have reiserfs only).

I hope that this version also fixes bug #3420 but cannot verify.

Note that /boot/grub/menu.lst now is /boot/grub/grub.conf so documentation needs
to be updated.

Again, please test.
