MozillaFirebird script fails with URLs containing '&'s, the '&' and anthing after it are cut off.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run MozillaFirebird script with a URL containing '&'
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
URL is cut up

Expected Results:  
Script should retain the complete URL

Ok, I'm officially stupid.  I was trying to figure out why the script doesn't load the URL sometimes and tried debugging...thought it was this problem but it something else...I'll try some more tracking and think this time before setting up a bug.  Apologies.
