During this phase it may be necessary to ask the reporter for details. The bug remains with status UNCONFIRMED or CONFIRMED as long as necessary. When (if) the bug passes these sanity tests, it should be marked as 'in progress' and the bug wrangler should do the following:

UNCONFIRMED and CONFIRMED, points to status and are uppercase

I suggest, since 'in progress' is also a status, to make it also as uppercase
