Description Martin Schwier 2004-02-01 16:39:32 UTC
# /etc/init.d/keymaps start
 * Loading key mappings...
cannot open file de-latin1
 * Error loading key mappings                                    [ !! ]

I think it's the same problem as in the older bug 25448 again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sys-apps/kbd
2. /etc/init.d/keymaps restart

Actual Results:
cannot open file de-latin1

Expected Results:
should load the keymap

you neglected to provide `emerge info`
Comment 2 Martin Schwier 2004-02-01 17:21:04 UTC
sorry for that

emerge info:

problem is that kbd_mode moved. I've just marked kbd-1.12-r2 stable. Please emerge that and the problem should be solved. Re-open if it's still broken...
