AcoustID is supported since version 0.16 http://blog.musicbrainz.org/?p=1096
media-libs/chromaprint is now in portage, fpcalc is installed when you enable 'tools' USE flag.

AcoustID lookup and submission does not currently work with Picard 0.16 if you upgraded Qt to 4.8.

There is a fix https://github.com/musicbrainz/picard/commit/f3e6cde19fc2fbd9843e904772aded0a07364015

I was not able to apply it to 0.16 so I started working on a live git ebuild, which isn't a real fix.

However you might be interested in my alterations:
- Changing dependencies and USE flags according to latest developments
- Moving to EAPI 4.
