The devmanual in 'user and group management' section still states that enew[user,group] functions are available from eutils.eclass. Starting october 2011 the functions got split out to the new user.eclass file.

Just realized that user.eclass gets sources by eutils.eclass. So devmanual is not really wrong. Maybe we should clarify it anyway.

Ebuilds should directly inherit all eclasses whose functions they need. Nobody guarantees that eutils won't drop user.eclass at some later point.
