Description Nicolas Pinto 2012-01-27 05:48:04 UTC
Would it be possible to bump torque to 3.0.4?

Here is an ebuild that works on my amd64 machines:
https://github.com/npinto/sekyfsr-gentoo-overlay/blob/master/sys-cluster/torque/torque-3.0.4.ebuild
(let me know if you want me to attach the ebuild instead)

Thanks for your time.

FYI, I also added (and tested) nvidia gpu support [1] in 3.0.4-r1, available at:
https://github.com/npinto/sekyfsr-gentoo-overlay/blob/master/sys-cluster/torque/torque-3.0.4-r1.ebuild

HTH

Bumped and added nvidia support. I'm waiting on upstream #173 getting resolved for now.

However, if you need support for a larger number of GPU's, I can accept your patch for now with the understanding that I need you to test it on version bumps.

3.0.5 is out too. No regressions with comparision to 3.0.4 found so far.

Bumped to 3.0.5 in the tree, 3.0.4 is there as well.

Thanks for reporting and keeping this bug up to date.
