Hello,

In TeXlive 2011 my support for Cyrillic Serbian has been added (babel package serbianc). It is included in the dev-texlive/texlive-langother package, but for it to work Cyrillic encodings must be installed as well (from dev-texlive/texlive-langcyrillic). To solve that issue, I added texlive-langcyrillic as additional dependency to app-text/texlive when built with linguas_sr use flag.

This is by no means a high priority bug, but please consider including it in some future update of the app-text/texlive metapackage.
