the k3b ebuild ignores my LINGUAS setting! the k3b-i18n package will be downloaded, but I get only an english build :-(

all other apps are in german, only j3b (and partially cdbakeoven, too) are in english.

Wouldn't it be better to have a seperate k3b-i18n ebuild like koffice/koffice-i18n?

1. LINGUAS="de" emerge k3b
2. start k3b
3. see that it is in english
Actual Results:  
k3b in english 

Expected Results:  
k3b in german

there are not yet translations available for k3b-0.11.1 so it's disabled
