Although postgresql is installed and postgres useflag is set emerge courier-imap doesn't compile postgresql support. Couldn't get it compiling by hand, either.

emerge gives no errors


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set postgres use flag
2. emerge courier-imap


Actual Results:  
no postgresql support avaiable

Expected Results:  
postgresql support avaiable should be avaiable

Tried again today and it worked. Unmerged vpopmail before. Dunno if this has anything to do with it. Marking as fixed.
