abcde needs either vorbis-tools and/or id3v2 (not in gentoo) to run.

A depends on vorbis-tools would fix the problem for those creating ogg files.

A package for id3v2 would need to be created for the id3v2. I took a shot at it
but couldn't get id3v2 to compile with the id3lib in gentoo. I think the author
(or someone with more C/C++) knowledge then myself will need to fix the current
id3v2 program to compile with the current id3libs.
