I have tried to bump it with attached ebuild but it fails to compile:

make -j5 
xbuild /nologo src/NLog.Extended/NLog.Extended.monodevelop.csproj /p:Configuration=Debug

As I am not really interested in this package, if nobody in the team is willing to bump this, I will move it to maintainer-needed

Looks like nothing in the tree needs it, I would vote for make this package up for grabs and, if after a month in maintainer-needed domain nobody takes care, lastrite it

@dotnet, what do you think?
