just cp 0.6.2 to 0.6.3


also, --enable-realtime is missing, even in the old versions.
i don't know yet whether this depends on libcap.
if so, then "caps" or "jack-caps" should be added to 
the use flags ( !!! see bug#39959 )
if not, then a new flag is needed , "muse-caps" or "muse-rt"...
