Compiling nvidia-drivers against 3.3-rc1 kernel does not complete on "conftest.sh"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select 3.3-rc1 kernel
2.emerge nvidia-drivers
Actual Results:  
conftest.sh fails


A patch is already available and works for me.
I just took the patch line from nvidia Forum into the already availale "256.35-unified-arch.patch" File.
After that merging ebuild works fine.

Please attach your modified 256.35-unified-arch.patch . 
I try to install nvidia-drivers-295.09 but have the same problem.

My tries to modify the patch didn't work.

Would you like to try nvidia-drivers-295.09 with your patch?

Please describe the singular problem you are trying to fix:
1) Please post your `emerge --info' output in a comment.
2) Please attach the entire build log to this bug report.
