At randomize interval
Kernel say (BroadCast) in loop : 

CPU#0: Temperature/speed normal 
CPU#0: Temperature above threshold

I've this message since install kernel 2.6.1 via
==> genkernel --menuconfig --clean --bootsplash --install all <==

Info : I'm running on P4 2.4

It's a kernel feature. You can disable it by turning off Processor type and features -> Machine Check Exception -> Check for non-fatal errors on AMD Athlon/Duron / Intel Pentium 4
