HPLIP 3.11.12 fixes bug 890684 - hpcups in 3.11.7 and 3.11.10 doesn't respect top margin. E.g. everything gets printed at the very top of page no matter what margin application sets. (Sometimes not showing the very top of printed text/image).

3.11.10 is unusable and should be masked.

Afaik this only affects a few printer models. Hplip supports more than 2000 models. With every new release I recognize margin issues for one or another printer. If I would mask every release which margin issues there would be no unmasked version available. However I can take a look at requesting 3.11.12 for stabilisation and remove the affected versions.
