Merging dev-perl/TimeDate-1.16 fails. It complains that it's unable to download the package file. I verified that this file is missing by going to cpan.belfry.net/authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/TimeDate-1.16.tar.gz After going to cpan.belfry.net/authors/id/G/GB/GBARR/ and scrolling down, I found 1.19 and 1.20 there, but not 1.16. I think that version has been removed for being out of date.
