Aghermann is a GTK+ application designed around a common workflow in sleep-research, complete with EDF file viewer, scoring facility, EEG power spectrum and power course visualization, and Process S simulation following Achermann et al, 1993. Created attachment 299103 [details] ebuild for 0.5.1 While we are at it, please consider version 0.5.1, It fixes a handful of newly cropped up bugs, including one that got triggered in the upgrading emerge process. The aghermann-0,5,0.ebuild and -0.5.1.ebuild are identical, only the names differ.
Just realised that g++-4.6 is a strict build requirement for aghermann. This obviously makes building impossible until gentoo unmasks g++-4.6 for general use. I'm closing ticket for this reason now.
