pcb-20110918.ebuild

New snapshot for PCB, printed circuit board editor, part of gEDA tools, has been available for a while: http://pcb.gpleda.org/news.html#20110918.

The snapshot features a number of improvements, including OpenGL support for nifty rendering with Gtk+ UI.

Renaming old ebuild works almost out of the box. opengl flag is added to IUSE.
GTS library issue fix was backported from upstream Git to avoid file collision.
