Patched source to include SSL support in eggdrop-1.6.15 for connectivity to SSL enabled IRC server (LinkNet etc).

Had to disable the mysql module as I was unable to compile it after patching.

This is my first ebuild... not 100% sure if my versioning (r2) is accurate or if it should have been added as a new app, net-irc/eggdrop-ssl. I welcome any changes.

eggdrop/files/eggdrop-installer (update)

Minor update to eggdrop-installer which fixes an inconsistency that has been in
the eggdrop package for a while where the default config file defines a /tmp
dir but the installation doesn't create one.

This update creates the $HOME/.eggdrop/$bot_name/tmp dir so end user doesn't
get an error when they first attempt to run the bot.

Added thanks for the updates. In the future if you make a change to a file please attach a diff. It is prerefered since I dont have to hunt down the changes That you made.
