The man page for mkpop3dcert says that the output .pem file will be written to /usr/share/pop3d.pem, but when executing mkpop3dcert it will write the output .pem file to /etc/courier-imap/pop3d.pem. The output path and output file name are hard-coded in the /usr/sbin/mkpop3dcert shell script.
