in Chapter 1, Introduction, in the first paragraph there is a link to jump within the page called "Public Key Cryptography"

This link jumps to:
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gnupg-user.xml#doc_chap6

It should jump to:
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gnupg-user.xml#doc_chap7

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gnupg-user.xml
2. In the first paragraph, click "Public Key Cryptography"

Actual Results:  
Jumped to chapter 6 (6.  GnuPG interfaces)

Expected Results:  
Jump to chapter 7 (7.  Public Key Cryptography)

This bug is not about some code not working on my machine. It's about the documentation itself.

I didn't bother to add a version bumb for a minor patch
