uglifier is part of the default asset pipeline for Rails 3.1. While it is possible to run rails without it it is included in the default setup for new Rails projects. My intention is to add a revision of dev-ruby/rails with a USE flag to pull this dependency (and other similar ones) in. Please test and keyword: =dev-ruby/execjs-1.2.13 =dev-ruby/uglifier-1.2.1 @x86: could you leave this bug open when done? We'll add other arches once a suitable javascript engine is available for them.
What exactly do you expect from Prefix? nodejs depends on v8, so the same arch restriction + os restrictions (if any) hold there.

I wasn't sure if you wanted amd64-linux or something like that keyworded. If that's not an option feel free to un-cc, and I'll add you back when support for spidermonkey is working, since it looks like that supports more arches.
~x86 added.
