sass-rails is part of the default asset pipeline for Rails 3.1. While it is possible to run rails without it it is included in the default setup for new Rails projects. My intention is to add a revision of dev-ruby/rails with a USE flag to pull this dependency (and other similar ones) in. Please test and keyword:

=dev-ruby/sass-3.1.10-r1 (ia64,sparc only)
=dev-ruby/sass-rails-3.1.5

Repoman complains because wants a lot of not keyworded packages, so please make an exactly list and set the correctly Depends on / blocks, then CC back ppc*

Closing this bug since we have had no user requests in the past 3 years and
currently no rails versions are keyworded for ppc/ppc64.
