Is it OK to stabilize =app-misc/smtm-1.6.10 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

Since I'm on AMD64 I have to ask why =app-misc/smtm-1.6.10 not considered stable on AMD64?

Is there a problem with =app-misc/smtm-1.6.10 that keeps it from going stable on AMD64?
