Ekiga (build with v4l use flag) did not recognize my V4L webcam, ptlib (2.6.7-r1) was not build with v4l use flag. After remerging ptlib with v4l enabled, the cam works fine (and is shown as "PTLIB/V4L2" in ekiga). 

net-voip/ekiga[v4l] should depend on net-libs/ptlib[v4l] (at runtime).
