I tried to install epsxe to discover it wasn't in the portage tree. I did some checking and found out that mr bones had removed it due to a missing dependency. On further inspection, however, I found that the allegedly missing version 1 of gtk+ was in fact still present in the tree. Further testing showed that gtk+ 1 even successfully emerged. Given that the cited reason for removal of epsxe doesn't actually apply I move that the epsxe package be reinstated. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge epsxe 2. 3. Actual Results: package not found Expected Results: successful emerge The guys in the irc support room advised me to file a bug.
gtk+:1 is deprecated. We're not supporting it anymore.
please drop the plugins too, so we can maintain the emulator and dependencies at sunrise-overlay.
