Bug 396117 – Minimal CD doesn't support wireless card NetGear WNA1100 (driver ath9k_htc)

The driver of WNA1100 is ath9k_htc, but the amd64 minimal cd doesn't have the atk9k_htc.ko in it.


Reproducible: Always




I created a LiveUSB by the amd64 minimal cd.

Which CD image did you use?

Is there anyone on it? Should I provide some more info?
I have workarounded it by using the wired port on my computer, and i think when the installation completes this mess would be over, but it's annoying to me

I'll update the kernel specs this week, but I think that's not enough.

Please test the latest release[1].

There were a few problems with the install-cd I've pointed before, so please
test the latest[1].
