Drop Emacs support from bzr-2.4.2.ebuild

Emacs versions 22.1 and later already include support for bzr, and Emacs 21 is package masked for removal. Therefore Emacs support in bzr ebuilds should be dropped. See attached patch.

Updated patch: I forgot to remove the assignment of SITEFILE in the previous one.

Removed in 2.4.2.  Thanks for the hint.
