The ebuild for pdflib requires that python 2.2 be installed, even if python 2.3 is already installed. I edited out the requirement and pdflib seemed to compile fine with python 2.3.

Is this dependency on python 2.2 really necessary?

raker, you put in the python2.2 restriction, any reason for that?

someone (scandium) seems to have fixed this anomaly the same time you reported this. thanks for your report tho.
