Please add a USE flag to the exim ebuild to enable/disable DNSDB lookups by changing:
# LOOKUP_DNSDB=yes
to:
LOOKUP_DNSDB=yes
in src/EDITME or Local/Makefile

This will allow ${lookup dnsdb...} to be used in exim.conf

Added this to the exim4.31 ebuild shortly available in portage.
