tovid menu in its simplest form only works if a version of imagemagick (or maybe proper replacement) with USE="png" is installed on the system.
This is currently not enforced by the ebuild.

This would really be a NEEDINFO as there is no attachment showing the problem with the menu without the USE flag.

But *this time* I've fixed it anyway.
