Qt 4.8.0 contains qmlplugindump tool for dumping qmltypes from declarativeplugins and is used by Qt Creator for example.
This should be installed by qt-declarative ebuild but it isn't.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
$ emerge =qt-declarative-4.8.0
Actual Results:  
qmlplugindump not installed

Expected Results:  
qmlplugindump found in /usr/bin (QT_INSTALL_BINS)

Fixed by adding path "tools/qmlplugindump" to 
QT4_TARGET_DIRECTORIES in qt-declarative-4.8.0.ebuild pkg_setup()
