Portage complains about multiple QA issues with dev-lang/icc-11.1.072-r1 and requests that a bug be filed.

 * QA: Package calling old check_reqs function.
 * QA: Please file a bug against the package.
 * QA: It should call check-reqs_pkg_pretend and check-reqs_pkg_setup
 * QA: and possibly use EAPI=4 or later.
 * QA: Package does not specify unit for the size check
 * QA: Assuming mebibytes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dev-lang/icc-11.1.072-r1
Actual Results:  
Portage gives QA warnings.

Expected Results:  
No QA warnings.

I can't see any anymore. PLease reopen if problem still persists.
