Since upstream commit 499c545bb026a9b629cd6cb2e884987457fbaa2fthe the nvp extension was moved directly into openocd. So the configure option --with-jim-ext=nvp was removed. The attached patch fixes the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dev-lang/jimtcl-9999
Actual Results:  
Configure failure.

Expected Results:  
Package installation without errors.
