There is a bug fixed in KDE 4.7.4.

When someone has non-standard keyboard layout switching shortcut (Like CTRL+/) and not alt+ctrl, layout switching does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install several keyboard layouts. Like US, DE, FR
2. Set global layout switching shortcut to Ctrl+/ or Ctrl+` or whatever, but not standard.
3. Pove that layout did not switch.

Patch from a bug fix adopted to 4.7.3 branch

Fixes a problem in KDE 4.7.3. You need to apply it to kde-base/systemsettings.
