Somehow one or more patches did not apply cleanly to catalyst_2 branch. I don't understand the branching scheme there so I didn't fix it (yet).

Looks like the patches are in catalyst_2, but not master. Is that what you meant?

I've added the desired support to catalyst. I've been testing it for a while and will do a release with this soon.

I've released and marked stable catalyst-2.0.11 that fixes this issue.
