When building KDE 4.7.8 beta 2 (4.7.90) while still using the current stable Qt (4.7.2), some Plasma applets don't work due to the missing QtQuick 1.1 support in Qt 4.7.2.

The dependency on Qt needs to be raised to Qt 4.7.4 for KDE 4.7.8 (>=4.7.90). Simply waiting for the stabilization of Qt 4.7.4 (bug#390963) is IMHO not enough, as some people might later hold back an Qt update while building the most recent KDE and will run into the same problem again, so the safest way is updating the min. requirement on Qt in the KDE eclass.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to KDE 4.7.8 beta2 (>=4.7.90)
2. Keep stable Qt 4.7.2
Actual Results:  
Some QML based plasma applets fail to load as QtQuick 1.1 cannot be imported.

Expected Results:  
Also QML based plasma applets should work correctly.
