ebuild for timeseal, a program for making the Free Internet Chess Server count your thinking time only, instead of thinking time + lag time. Resolving this bug is also a first step to resolving https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280895.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge timeseal
2.timeseal not present in portage.
3.fail
Actual Results:  
Timeseal fails to emerge

Expected Results:  
Timeseal should emerge
