SRC_URI for alien points at non-existant and seemingly old and unvailable version.

A quick update of the version and SRC_URI fix this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge alien
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Could not download file from distribution site.

Expected Results:  
Emerged the software.
