cone-0.56's configure script dies if it cannot find xml-config from the dev-libs/libxml package.  Error below;

checking for xml2-config... no
checking for xml-config... no
configure: error: xml-config not found, download libxml from http://xmlsoft.org
configure: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for cone

Looks like dev-libs/libxml needs to be added to depend

It actually needed libxml2, oops. Fixed in cvs. Also bumped to 0.57.
